In these times of commercial driven everything, it is rare for a music video to come across my desk, let alone one in a house music niche very close to my heart. So in 2023, when beatsbyhand released his chunky deep house redo of Crystal Waters’ iconic number, “Gypsy Woman”, my involvement was a no brainer. With some cash in the bank from some open-minded sponsors, some awesome Joburg venues, and a host of well known South African personalities for cameos, we put this cute, simple, awesome music video together.
