NANDO’S TRAINING
I created the concept and directed a training video series for Nando’s Licensed Markets division across India, the Middle East, and Africa. The challenge was clarity: the content needed to work for a mixed audience, including viewers with limited English, without turning it into bland corporate noise.
I focused on simplifying the message, tightening the structure, and leaning on visual storytelling, pacing, and repetition where it actually helps. The result was training content that was easy to follow, genuinely watchable, and consistent across markets, while still feeling like Nando’s.
